We want you to love your rest, which is why we offer a 100-night trial on our mattresses and a 30-day return window for all other sleep essentials. If you are not completely satisfied, we will arrange a collection or return and provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  For smaller items, repackage them in their original boxes; for mattresses, there is no need to roll them back up as our couriers handle the heavy lifting.

  Schedule a Collection

  Choose a convenient date for our specialized two-man delivery team to collect larger items directly from your room of choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your items are back in our warehouse and inspected, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
